advisory committee

The Advisory Committee for the AquaMoney project consists of 25 selected stakeholders, including representatives of the European Commission, national environment ministries and environment agencies, international river basin commissions and NGOs. The main objective of the Advisory Committee is to ensure that the work carried out in the AquaMoney project is directly linked to the actual implementation of the WFD at the pan-European and national level, and that the AquaMoney results meet the information needs at those levels. The Advisory Committee will be chaired by Dr. Pierre Strosser, who led the WFD Water Economics Working Group (WATECO), whilst working for the European Commission.
